One hostname — www.acme.com and shop.acme.com count as two. A site counts against your plan while its traffic routes through Koda, whether or not a test is currently running. Point a site away (delete the CNAME) and the slot frees up immediately.
Nothing breaks and nothing gets billed silently. Extra sites simply can't be activated until you upgrade — running tests are never interrupted. Upgrading takes effect immediately; we prorate the difference.
No. Plans are flat. A client site doing ten million views costs you the same as one doing ten thousand. We can offer this because Koda's edge architecture makes each request extremely cheap to serve — that saving is passed to you.
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no minimum term. Downgrades apply at the next billing date; cancellations stop billing immediately and your sites keep working in passthrough mode (no tests) so client sites are never disrupted.
The price you join at is the price you keep — as long as your subscription stays active, future price increases never apply to you. This is our thank-you to agencies who join early and help shape the product.
